A £50 deposit is required for all appointments, except Botox treatments. Deposits are non-refundable but will be credited towards the total cost of your procedure.

Botox is a prescription drug, meaning the Botox purchased for your treatment can only be used on you. Since it is ordered before your appointment, a 50% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining 50% due after your treatment.

A face-to-face consultation with my nurse prescriber is required before I can proceed with your treatment. 

Appointments will be booked & confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remainder of your treatment will be payable on the day by either Card, Cash or Bank Transfer

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we are happy to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment.

In the event of a no show without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited and no future bookings will be made without 50% payment of the missed appointment.

For all treatments I will send a consent form over via email, please allow time before your appointment to complete this, so I have a full medical history, list of medications and can answer any questions you may have prior to your treatment.

Children in the Clinic 

For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the clinic during appointments. As I work with needles and medical-grade equipment, a controlled environment is essential to prevent any risks or accidents, so please arrange childcare before your visit.

Plus One

Only the person receiving the treatment is permitted in the clinic. If you would like to bring a plus one, please contact me in advance to request permission.

Lateness 

A 15-minute grace period is given for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, I will need to reschedule your appointment. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience.

Age

All treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. Valid ID will be required to verify age before any treatment can be carried out. Please ensure you bring appropriate identification to your appointment.

Treatment Expectations 

At Dolce Glow Aesthetics I strive to provide the highest level of service and care. However, it is important to understand that the outcomes of treatments may vary from person to person due to individual factors such as skin type, health, lifestyle, and aftercare practices. While we use the latest techniques and high-quality products, the results of some treatments may require more than one session to achieve the desired effect.

I will discuss realistic expectations with you before any treatment is carried out and provide a clear understanding of what to expect, including any potential risks or side effects. It is important to follow the recommended aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.

If you are unsure about the expected results or have any concerns about your treatment, please don’t hesitate to ask. I want to ensure you are fully informed and satisfied with your experience.

Photography and Video

From time to time, I may request to take photos or videos of your treatment for use on social media or promotional purposes. Your consent will always be obtained beforehand, and you can choose to decline if you prefer not to be featured. Any content shared will respect your privacy, and no personal information will be included without permission.

New NMC Guidelines – Face-to-Face Prescribing Now Required

We want to inform you of an important change to the way we deliver anti-wrinkle treatments, following a recent announcement by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

From 1st June 2025, remote prescribing for anti-wrinkle treatments will no longer be permitted. This means all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber before receiving treatment.

To ensure full compliance and continue providing you with safe, high-quality care, I’m pleased to share that I have now partnered with a local prescriber, Summer, who will be carrying out these consultations from within my clinic.

What This Means for You:

• You will need to book a 10-minute, in-person consultation with Prescriber Summer before your treatment.
• Following this consultation, you will return to the clinic at a later date (usually within a few days) for the actual anti-wrinkle treatment.
• Once prescribed, your Botox prescription will remain valid for 6 months, so repeat treatments during that time will not require another consultation.

We will be holding Prescriber Clinics once a month, and I recommend booking early to secure your spot and avoid delays in treatment.

A £25 deposit is required to secure your consultation with the prescriber. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Please note that when booking your treatment, a 50% deposit is still required to confirm your appointment.

Botox is a prescription-only medication, which means it is specifically prescribed and ordered for you and cannot be transferred or reused. As the product is ordered in advance of your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable after your treatment.

Why This Matters:

These changes are in place to ensure your safety and to maintain the highest standards of practice. If you are receiving anti-wrinkle treatments elsewhere without seeing a prescriber face-to-face, there is a high risk that the product is unlicensed, and your treatment will not be insured – something we take very seriously.
