Deposits & Payments – Aesthetic Treatments

To secure your appointment, a £50 deposit is required for all treatments (excluding anti-wrinkle treatments).

• Deposits are non-refundable but redeemable against your treatment
• Appointments are only confirmed once payment is received
• The remaining balance is payable on the day via card, cash, or bank transfer

Botox & Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Policy

All anti-wrinkle treatments (Botox) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Botox is a prescription-only medication and is ordered specifically for each individual client. As such, it cannot be reused, transferred, or refunded once prescribed.

A 2-week review and top-up appointment is an essential and mandatory part of the treatment process to achieve optimal results. This appointment will be booked at the time of your initial treatment.

It is the client’s responsibility to attend this appointment within the required timeframe. Top-ups must be carried out within 14–21 days of the initial treatment. After 21 days, it is medically advised that further treatment cannot be administered, and failure to comply with this timeframe will result in the top-up being forfeited.

If you fail to attend your review appointment, arrive late, or do not respond to communication regarding your follow-up, this will result in the inability to complete your treatment. In such cases, no refunds or additional treatment will be offered, as this falls outside of the practitioner’s control.

Please note:

• Results vary between individuals.

• Botox can last up to 3 months; however, movement may begin to return between 6–8 weeks.

• The longevity and effectiveness of your results are dependent on completing the full treatment plan, including the top-up.

By booking your appointment, you agree to the above terms and understand the importance of attending all required follow-up appointments.

Prescriber Consultation – NMC Guidelines

In line with updated UK regulations (NMC, June 2025), all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber before receiving anti-wrinkle treatments.

• A £25 consultation deposit is required (redeemable against treatment)
• Treatment will be scheduled after your consultation
• Prescriptions are valid for 6 months, allowing repeat treatments without an additional consultation during this time

Prescriber clinics are held regularly at our Bampton-based aesthetics clinic, convenient for clients travelling from Witney, Carterton, Faringdon and Burford.

Cancellation Policy 

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment.

• Deposits will be transferred to your new appointment with sufficient notice
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit
• Missed appointments without notice will result in deposit forfeiture
• Future bookings may require 50% upfront payment

Facial Subscription Policy

For clients on facial treatment plans:

• Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of that month’s treatment

Late Arrival Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

Consultation & Medical Consent

All clients must complete a medical consultation form prior to treatment. This ensures we can safely deliver your chosen aesthetic treatment and tailor it to your needs.

Clinic Safety

Children in Clinic

For safety reasons, children are not permitted during appointments due to the use of medical-grade equipment and needles.

Guests / Plus One

Only the client receiving treatment is permitted in the clinic. 

Age Requirement for Aesthetic Treatments

All treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.

Treatment Results & Expectations

Photography & Social Media

We may request to take before-and-after photos for use on our website and social media. This will only be done with your consent, and your privacy will always be respected.
