Terms & Conditions

Clients are required to attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber every three months.
It is the client’s responsibility to book both treatment appointments and prescriber clinic visits.
Subscription payment requires three monthly installments to be paid upfront prior to your first treatment.
Subscription includes treatment of three areas (Frown, Forehead & Crows Feet) plus one add-on per session (excluding Masseter & Nefertiti Neck Lift)
Payments are £73.00 per month via automated card payment.
Missed payments may result in a temporary pause of your subscription and could lead to further action if unresolved.
Appointments missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be counted as a lost session.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a £20 fee.
Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
Treatments are scheduled every three months. Missed or skipped sessions will roll into the next cycle; backdating treatments is not possible.
